@Sean Edward O'Brien For the South Bend/Mishawaka area,  the Aardvark name has been tossed around at our REIA on more than one occasion in a positive light mostly in relation to pest control.

On the Southside the neighborhoods are pretty much always noted in the listings, and only on rare occasions are they wrong.

I've done this on occasion and without fail, it is a maintenance nightmare.

I do bonus her on occasion as she is always willing to help out. 

I have a few questions in regards to getting conventional financing while still working abroad majority of the year.A little back story is basically I have been pre-qualified on many different occasions with no issues in regards to finances or credit.
