I have a nice little 2 bedroom , all done new paint etc ,all that was left was the lead paint certificate .

I thought I had heard something about a water issue with Pumpkin Ridge.....missing Big T water certificates or something like that.

These certifications are fairly stringent so most of the properties in the area have been pretty well kept over the years.I'll have to check both of these, but many of the rental properties for sale in the are list when their certification is good through.

Anyone can go on line and get a "certificate" for $65.

They can do it in less than an hour and supply you with a certificate once complete.

I was wondering is there certification that would help me diverse myself from others or is that done mostly by your reputation, recent work done and such. 

He showed me a copy of the certificate which says he bought it for price of back taxes from city two years ago.  

Buy the building in the  name of the LLC and allow your investors to purchase membership certificates.  

In my head I called it 'municipal lien certificate' instead of cml
