As a Realtor I love using Alexa devices for music throughout the home when doing an Open House.

I am Mexican born in a work visa in US.

I haven't had to talk to Mexican banks recently but a couple years ago, ether was just one bank that was happy to lend to foreigners.

You could get a mortgage from a Mexican bank, although it’s not easy to qualify.

So....I stayed in because I loved getting paid for playing music, but things are getting harder to deal with now and our rental business is cash flowing nicely, so I'm done and ready to go elsewhere. 

I will tell you the same thing I have told my music major nephews. 

I'm new to the rental world and one of the issues I'm stuck on is how to do a tenant lease contracts for ex:rules they must obey, no loud music, how many complaints before eviction..etc...if any of you would be so kind as to tell/show me how to do that I would very much appreciate it.

Depending on the style you are looking to put out, there are some great Mexican classic stuff out there.

I am aware of no law that says you cannot rent to illegal aliens, and some localities have laws forbidding not renting to them for that reason.If he is Mexican, he should have a "Matrícula Consular" -- an identification card for Mexicans outside of Mexico.

Reminds me of Austin a bit with all the live music, breweries, art shows, restaurants, downtown area (of course beach area too), amazing new Pier, etc.
