Rented a truck from Home Depot for $19.95 an hour and took all those to the job site, the helpers did go with me, they were preping the ground, clearing, tilling etc...but helped me unload, then I ran the truck over to Florida Silica and Sands and got the river rocks.

Around summer time I ran into the same issue when I tried to pick up a 10 plex, I ended up not getting it due to the Banks wanting 25%.From my experiences, banks want 20% for SFR and 25% from Multi's --- this is if you are buying as rentals and not living in the units.
