As a tech guy, I see a few problems with implementing this.

I did go to their website and found it very light on solid information: no detailed technical explanation of how it is implemented and all I could find on the warranty is that it is "lifetime of the structure and transferrable" - a copy of the warranty was not available.  

I do extensive volunteer work with homeless people and I could see a program like this working, but only with extreme flexibility on the part of those implementing such a program.

I just look it up and find that Propertyware has implemented it.

Should I build a plan with goals that I feel are solid and then solicit all the team members I will need and then start actually implementing the plan and going after properties? 

I know what you mentioned on the phone to me about the cost to police those, but maybe there is a better way to implement it?

I found that his readings teach good lessons and if implemented the right way in the right markets, the achievement of investing as a full time job is possible.
