@Lucian Guadagnoli most answers to a question start with "it depends" I can tell you new builds are over $100 a foot (more like $130-150) with out the land (so add the cost of location to that) so that would be the most, then adjust downs from therethe phrase "it depends" applies to location, quality, functionality of the floor plan.

Also check if the property is in an hoa for possible dues you may inherit, current/past due property taxes, etc.In addition I suggest U simply attend one to get the lay of the land.. see who the players are how its functions etc.. most jurisdictions have their set rules they follow and are unique to that county..

@Ben BradleyThe real estate agent that you decide to work with hopefully closed on a good amount of properties where he used an attorney/closing company to help close the deal.I would reach out to the agent on what real estate attorney he likes when closing a deal.Be mindful that there are different types of attorneys that do different functions so you may need a reference for a couple of attorneysAttorneys who focus on evictionsAttorneys who focus on closingsAttorneys who focus on LLC Agreements / Loan Agreements

For me it seems like optimizing the forums for mobile devices at the expense of current functionality is a mistake.Every time BP tried to make a change along these lines, I get frustrated, go away, and come back in a couple days/weeks when it's "back to normal".
