It looks like the street is full of attorneys, real estate, and other reputable businesses, so the location looks to be strong.Exterior looks nice and fits with surrounding buildings.

What I need is a program where I can input an area, criteria such as multifamily, pre-foreclosure etc. and find a list of all the properties that fit those criteria.

But unless you know and understand the reasoning behind it, and are sure the reasoning applies to you, opening up all these LLCs because "everybody does that" or "that's what my real estate bible told me to do" is a pretty silly way to run a business.Taxes and, I assume, legal issues, are never cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all issues. 

I s there not a generic charger that will fit a Tesla and a chevy?

What markets have you found/invested in that fit this?

So I'd only buy it if you could swing the potential loss each month, you knew you were going to move there, and it fit into your long term vision.
