This agent has what we like to call "commission breath" and it stinks.

During that time I drink a warm water with apple cider vinegar and lemon, Practice deep breathing exercises, say affirmations and listen to BP podcast or something motivational on YouTube during my hour long commute to work. 

Let's just all take a cleansing breathe. 

What a nightmare it was to come in on that Sunday and see my breath in the top unit.

Anyone who grew up poor or from a family that lived frugal most likely struggles with the question in some form ore another until they take their last breath.  

Then do exactly what the lawyer says and breathe deeply.

You are on the right track , immerse yourself in everything MHP , breath it, live it, wax on, wax off. 

Oh and the air you breath as well.

However, don’t hold your breath that they’ll correct it given how inept it sounds like they are.
