Hard money might let you use a credit card for down payment, but it's not going to happen fannie/freddie/fha/va/usda/jumbo.EDIT: In theory if you got a cash advance and seasoned it for two bank statement cycles it might work if your DTI wasn't wrecked, but I've never seen it done.
