I've sort of got this question floating out on another thread, but I want to directly ask:As a landlord with 3 rental properties I maintain a dedicated home office. 

Both take dedication but produce different results.  

There is parking in the back (not covered, but dedicated parking area).

I found the BiggerPockets site while researching decision-making practices used by RE investors.I’m a part of an exciting startup, dedicated to making nationwide property & ownership data accessible to everyone on their mobile devices. 

We love what BP has to offer, but we aren't able to dedicate enough time to it as we would like.  

We may be far away but we have some dedicated BP members and investors out here.

@Jeff Onofrio there should be a separate forum dedicated to the truth that is not told by the "gurus".

The property is a 3/2.5 that needs moderate rehab; can easily add a fourth bedroom and turn the half bath into a third full, update the kitchen and bathrooms, move the laundry from the kitchen to a dedicated laundry room, throw up some paint and other cosmetic stuff.

We chose international adoptions for a bunch of reasons I won't bore everyone with, but we love seeing folks who are dedicated to domestic foster care and adoption as well.
