There is an experienced community here that when you as the right questions you can get some good insights.

However, as a real estate agent with expertise in the Tampa market, you have unique insights and opportunities that could potentially yield higher returns through real estate investments.

I've talked to couple RE agents and for the most part, they are great at sharing their insights to investors. 

I’m looking to connect with others about investing in these areas, whether to provide support and hopefully guidance to avoid landmines or to learn and gain insight and share resources in order to gain strength though shared successes, challenges and ideas
