I suspect now its going great one of the centers was BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION.. but the 600 homes that were suppose to go in next door got shelved. in a 08 style melt down NOTHING is immune some areas trundle through other areas its mass extinction. 

I mean the house looked brand new and practically was.

I built an SEO optimized website, hounded my sphere of influence, knocked on doors, left flyers in car and house doors, even parked my branded trailer in nearby shopping centers and walked home for an hour or so to work on my website.

Any specific brand you have found to be more reliable than the others?

I am brand new to RE investing and I just took the Fortune Builder's/Than Merril's 3 day seminar this weekend.

I hooked up my laptop directly to the hdmi cable and nothing" (i'm guessing too much moonshine) me: "Interesting that's a brand new tv try putting it on HDMI1, also why are you messing around with cables?"

They told me they aren't in California and our sale price was too high for their listing (we're around $570,000 for a 5 bedroom 4 bath nearly brand new townhome, which for SoCal is quite reasonable!)
