What is your solution?

I would be interested to know if you came up with a solution or found a lender that could loan on the property.

They also have couple of sister companies, DFY Service solutions and Mansa home solutions.

My solution is simple.

A couple million in general liability, which I bet you're carrying anyway on top of the LLC is all that is required.The TIC solution is elegant and once the exchange is completed you can always merge the entities into one since the ownership is the same.

Hi @Mark Ainley, did you come up with a good solution for who to hire to sit and wait for the public housing inspectors to arrive?

 Hey BP,  I'm interviewing AirDNA for a bit of content this Friday and was wondering what newer STR investors want to know about their solution and data analytics in general? 

Too many people are nervous that it is spying on you, even if I turn off all that so it just sits in storage.So here is a great solution.

Or another solution? 

I like to monitor top 10 lists and compare the in-migration numbers.
