I won't know what the basement walls look like until I get to a showing, but do these external foundation cracks seem nominal - or do they scream: "run away right now?"

Screams traveling nurses and professionals.

Not on no bloody mary Wednesdays that are on an odd number date in a 31 day month that starts with M!  

He was SCREAMING at me.

FB display is TERRIBLE for our business.Posting on FB is fine and sure you can benefit from that but posting "I will buy your house for cash" on FB is no better than going outside right now and screaming it in the parking lot.  

But, if you've ever looked at something like the Facebook Memphis Real Estate Investors page you know that if they don't it will just be a massive string of wholesalers screaming about how much money they will make you. 

It screams "look at me, I can get a book on the bestseller list even though I write so poorly."

Am I missing something that screams impossible?

I would not mind paying up for something with a view if it is a good investment or paying cash if it is a screaming deal (would have to sell stuff and pay taxes so...) but I don't know the market...and I hesitate to take advice from someone in sales (realtor) plus still chewing on the idea.
