Usually for those going away for awhile they go through processing making out a the powers of attorney needed, but RE requires a Special and Durable POA here (probably most states).....long stories but anyway criminal defense types mess up sometimes.Now, how is it criminals who are locked up can stalk others and pull scams on the internet and not communicate?

So don't waste ur money it's all a scam I promise!! 

She hasn't done a day in jail and there's no lawsuit or records of fraud anywhere.The people who claim she is a scam are those selling competing real estate courses so it's financially beneficial for them to make up stories about her just to sell their own courses.

Some of the tactics mentioned in that article are clearly scams.

It would be difficult to scam me, as I do my research before investing in anything. 

Almost NOBODY pushing subject to plans, theories, scams or classes has operated in an increasing interest rate market. 

We do not need to go to Mexico anymore, I can avoid the airports, the mountains of stinky seaweed flowing onshore, the machine gun road checkpoints, the scams at the local market, etc. and get in my car and drive to Florida.Unless you travel first class flying is now a truly painful experience.
