Customer Focus: (tenants) Never forget the end-user of your properties.

Hi @Amy Davidson,To me seems like a specialty item for those building a custom home, with a builder who excels with using that material.

I jumped on the "leaving W2" bandwagon that has been popular in recent years. 

If you know what you want to do and what an ideal customer looks like, you have a starting point.

Often times those who enter the alt lending space wind up with novices as their customer base with poorly located collateral and limited experience.  

I believe businesses should solve problems and add value to their customers rather than trying to sell them something they don't want or need.

Unfortunately, you have to call these OTA's many times over until you get a customer service rep who sympathizes, is knowledgeable about the platform rules and is willing to actually help you.If you don't want to ride it out, i think you have options.

Unfortunately, there are numerous other frustrated customers who are dealing with similar, if not worse, situations, myself included.

This means intelligent placement on multiple platforms of popular use.
