I live in Middle GA (Warner Robins area) and I'm looking to set up my investing game by getting into the BRRRR strategy.

My favorite part is having a dedicated contact person that walks you through the entire platform and helps you get set up.

The city does make it somewhat difficult to set up but it is more paperwork than anything else.

Cost efficiency makes it cheaper to set up and maintain than multiple LLCs.3.

Once you get everything set up, such as message workflows, guidebooks, pricing engine, etc, the questions and misc are not that time-consuming.The hard part is getting a good cleaning team/person and a reliable handyman.
