Thanks @J Scott . i have started to read Modern Carpentry - Willis Wagner. it seems like a good book and starts from basics and goes into types of roofs, floors etc in very detail and pictures always help.

More and more it becomes evident that one of the biggest problems in our society is the mentality of “something for nothing.”

We thought it made sense, if we were going to upgrade to 100 Amp, to have it connect to more modern wiring, and we thought it would help when it came time for inspections and a buyer qualifying for a mortgage, which will most likely be FHA.

The time where men's function in society will mainly be sperm donor and jar opener is fast upon us.
