Some people just want to go around bragging on how doors they have and others want to be around the mf industry but will never really get in the game. 

Meanwhile the conversations my mother had the most of was with the dryer or washing machine or real intelligent ones with us kids..

Mainly being able to cook and clean the kitchen without missing out on the game or movie.

Money is the fuel that keeps the machine running . 

But then again I guess depends on where folks want to live .. sometimes to get started you need to sacrifice location to get in the game so your not a lifelong renter.

Both the tenants and property management company were recommendations from people I trusted, but I will raise my vetting game in the future. 

If that is the case, many lenders will require for you to have some skin in the game. 

You are also jumping right into the deep end instead of learning the game with a smaller property first.

One more was fairly bad (too many people living in the unit, causing a nuisance, etc.) and we just gave them notice to leave, and to soften the blow told them they could take the washer/dryer with them that came with the unit (we don't want those crummy old machines anyway - we don't include w/d with our units that have hook-ups). 

New to house flipping, but used to flip multifamily rental units in Los Angeles for landlords and oversee project for the landlord so I'm not totally new to the game.
