The other question I have is if anyone has tried this on repeat, like with standard house hacking (live in for a year and repeat).

Hey Matthew,A lot has changed since you posted this but I also lived in New England and now live in St Pete.

We have trash cans in each bedroom as well as bathrooms and kitchen.Plus 1 more in the living room.
