Vacancy and Tenant turnover is the largest expense of a landlord.We can have different views, just some of the reasons I choose to replace single pane windows and older mechanicals.

You can deduct the expense, yes, but that is hardly, IMO, a "phenomenal advantage" as mentioned above ;) at least if you compare it to having an employer cover half of the expense or more.I have never had a job with benefits, and health insurance remains my single largest monthly expenditure.

And yes, depending on what was necessary (numbers usually) we save MANY homes from foreclosure for the estate, so the property could go to the heirs.I would not want to be in business with anyone who didn't consider saving, what is 'usually' the largest asset in a decedent's estate (all snake-attorney jokes aside).

I understand what you mean Mike, I was referring more to kitchen cabinets and sinks and islands, bathroom items (shelfs, furniture to store towels in etc,) and various ingenious items that make everyday living and organizing easier argggg this is hard to explain I need a drink :beer: lol
