So the solution to the time-crisis is to set up sources of residual income.

These books teach you how to handle situations, how to find solutions based on your value system, set clear boundaries with people and overall understanding people's motivations and why they do what they do (which is extremely helpful in any interactions with people).

One thing that I recommend every newbie does....overcome or find a solution to one roadblock that your having every day.

Does anyone have a similar predicament, wherein you may be able to offer multiple solutions to property owners as a buyer, wholesaler and/or agent? 

My solution to finding a rental property up-to-date neutral is to copy the people whose business is to know what sells.  

It has support posts, but the structure is only bolted on to the brick of the building, whereas, a good long term solution would be to drill through the brick, hit a stud, and attach the structure to the stud.

 I use Expensify to track my expenses and the app allows you to snap a photo, categorize, and label expenses and then you can just send your accountant (or yourself) an expense report at the end of the year.

I am looking to retain and would prefer a long term solution not hard money or short term.
