I am getting ready to get involved in real-estate for the first time.

As of today, I have involved in more than 6 deals (as both GP and LP) because of the networking within the community and recently close a JV 44 units deal with fellow community members because of the community alone.

It looks like no matter what, my actual name will need to be filed on annual report with the NC LLC (even using a registered agent). 

Maybe he was legit at some point, as I know some good people that are involved with him and vouch for him. 

my cleaners do charge extra if there is a pet, as they said extra is involved.

The filing for the county is a COA  not HOA which is very confusing for owners and investors.
