It's best to find someone like that as the other half of the deal also.

We r half way there and just bought the land abutting the property.

If you are rehabbing and spending the money, it would be a shame not to go the extra mile and add a washer/dryer now.

Worked with my brother on a project south of San Antonio about 25 miles from downtown.

"I didn't have time to cold call, its hard being a buyers agent etc" I parted ways with half of my brokerage in the last 12 months and have a little more coming this summer but we are better for it because I figured out what I was looking for and my guess is it will take you time to figure that out also.

All properties are within a 2 mile radius in a tiny MS town.
