A good local realtor will be able to guide you on the neighborhoods and should have deals available to you that aren't being listed to the open market. keep in mind intel facility is going to be a slow roll given the state of the company.. its not going to be like the intel fab in Oregon and Arizona that created massive RE opportunities

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what's appropriate/realistic to include in buy box requirements when working with RE Investor agents.

I should have specified….different guys show up, all hours of the day and night..ha.

It is a RE course in which you eventually pay 25k for gold membership and ultimate access.  

Whether I agreed to it would depend on what the commission is, what is the likelihood of the tenant moving, and the ease of re-renting the place. 

Go to your local RE meet ups and talk to other investors!

I just accepted a job as a marketing coordinator for a local RE agency franchise office, at 21yo, a recent college grad.

Marketing is core to every business in existence and is critically important in RE.

Call the bank(s) and demand you are re-added to the bank accounts, document everything your partner has done with funds from the business account that are unrelated to the business such as buying vehicles.
