One of the people living there told me they filled up a 5 gallon bucket of water at the neighbor’s house every day so they could flush the toilet at the end of the day…pretty disgusting was right.

If you want a better quality, the best I've found for the money is Conco at Menards (made by Sherwin Williams) for about 15 bucks a gallon.

Dip the tank when the tenant moves in , measure the inches in the tank , you can find a chart online that converts the inches to gallons .
