. $1,500 a year or $125 a month saved for the roof. go through the home doing that. hvac, roof, fridge, stove, etc etc. that's the most accurate and in-depth method I've discovered. 

Fridge is white.I'm wondering if I should be upgrading all the non-SS appliances to stainless steel.

It's missing a fridge and cabinets, and it seems new, so I don't think there are foundation issues.

A fridge, stove, washing machine etc.

Remodeled kitchen and new stainless fridge/DW/stove.

I plan to salvage the fridge, update to stainless steel and update everything with white shaker cabinets and a tier one quarts or granite.

We put a fridge, hot plate, and microwave in a hallway and sectioned off that part of the house to rent out, worked great!)
