I went to the seminar to see a highly trained person in the art/science of NLP.

I already have a BA in Political Science and a minor in Finance & Business Management.

I have an MBA from Univ of Colorado, Boulder and will be soon starting my second masters in Computer Science.

That being said, I’ve always been fascinated with real estate investing and real estate in general.

Once you get the numbers down to a science and are accurate, I suggest using a real good clip of profits to leverage against to aquire as much r.e. as humanly possible.

I find it fascinating that they could have sold us this house several months ago at the same price...another issues I have seen with the banks (it is no wonder many of them are in the positions they are in).

For me, this is where LLing goes from 'science' to 'art'.

It's not an exact science and you have to hope for the best just like any other business relationship.

With respect to Einstein....this ain't rocket science here.

again, it's rare you come onto a forum and get some outside of the box thinking, it seems like most people will give you a 100 reason why not to do it or why it won't work blah blah, but it's not rocket science and no need for you to think yourself out of a money making deal.....
