Some of this is local mismanagement in city government with NYC real estate not following the trend of real estate in the rest of the country.

I was just trying to see if there was anything on the market thats simple to plug and play especially with offer templates designed and already integrated to send out as blind offers.For lead gen I do run an agency so generating buyer leads wont be an issue.

(Eastern PA) We've been noticing some trends lately and waned to see what everyone else is experiencing...

The area still seems fairly affordable at this time considering the national trends.  

I believe that this trend is going to continue for 6 – 18 months.

Fact of the matter is the mfr home market(deeded to real property) trends like the site built market. 

I truly enjoy inspecting and seeing new designs first hand.
