You can go to their websites for more information on events.I just posted a networking dinner meetup on July 31 at 6PM for the Winnebago Investors Network.  

So my suggestion is just be out there at parties, pancake breakfasts, spaghetti dinners, meat raffles, talk to neighbors, walk the streets and then don't be shy about bringing that you are an agent up.

I rarely put out a yard sign anymore due to the 3 am, Sunday dinner, and calls that go like this "oh hey dawg, this is so and so, saw the sign at your house yo, this place fo rent?"

Anyway, I walked them through and then they said that they'd go to dinner. 30 minutes later they called and said that they wouldn't be back.

there is a group of us that get together once a month for lunch and another that do it for dinner.  

Jack,Once I looked our monthly expenditures i realized that between lunch and dinners we were spending over$1100/month.

Thanksgiving dinner will be akwaaaard.

He brought me the docs and a check while I was at dinner with family..

Friends, generally, aren't wanting to hang out at 6:00am, but it's not too uncommon for friends to want to hang out after dinner until it's nearly bedtime.
