Hello guys. I'm new to BiggerPockets and new to real estate. I've been reading up on some of the posts here for about a month now so I decided to join a couple days ago. I'm here to network, build a foundation for, and grow my real estate investing business. I currently reside in the OKC area. I've done lots of market research here but couldn't tell you if my market is hot or cold because I'm not sure exactly what defines a hot or cold market. I've been putting my marketing systems in place and I'm not where I'd like to be but getting closer everyday. If there's anything anyone here would like me to know please tell me. I'd very much appreciate the input and criticism. I'll be learning for a long time so please bear with me
