Much of the staging impact is achieved with accessories.

Permitted an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) by converting the existing 2-car garage and studio (720SF total) built in 1996 with a Certificate of Occupancy.

However, per the Denver Zoning Code (DZC), STRs are accessory to primary residential use, meaning the overall character of theproperty should remain residential.

Seattle does have a Accessory Dwelling Unit rules; however, it requires that the property owner live in one of the units. 

One of my Vendors got in a real bruhaha with them.. he had a house under contract and before he closed he put a for sale sign in the yard.. neighbor who had coveted the home.. got peeved he knew my guy did not own it.. so he turned him in.. 

Schluter seems to have a better complete line of trim accessories than others.
