Requirement of a private lender is 1. they are related to you, blood or marriage, or 2. you personally know the lender and have past business dealings. or 3. you have been introduced to the lender who has past dealings with a business partner of yours.

I called the number from their website and was re-routed to a representative who took the call on their cell.  

It was a very strange situation because the gentlemen who owned the home did not own a cell phone or a house phone. and when we got the call it was 11pm at night, and it was hard to really understand but we had a name and address.

It squeezed between her and the door and immediately bit me on the lower leg, drawing blood and puncture wound.

One warning for you- any mess from the crime (i.e. blood) will be yours to clean up.

The idea is that if you have say three different phone numbers... a cell phone number, a business phone number and a home phone number, you can have one universal number that you can give out to people. 

This experience drove me away from any interest in real estate investment, but, I'm starting to find out it may run in my blood. 

My last short-term property manager used her personal cell phone but she didn't pay her bill and then left the company and left me in a bad spot.

I have been searching for any information on how to  lease a cell phone tower on your land. 

I used to use google voice but I'm tired of it because it calls your cell phone directly.
