A traditional rental or even executive rental would bleed you out, as you mentioned.Otherwise, as the others above posted, cut your losses and apply your capital to something that will produce a return.

Greenville is pretty tough but theres alot of good things going on to the north and east of that area and its starting to slowly bleed into Greenville.
