While California tops the list of most popular states to live in among Echo Boomers (now ages 18 to 33) and Gen Xers (ages 34 to 45), Hawaii is the top pick for Baby Boomers (ages 46 to 64) and Matures (ages 65 and over).

I had chosen to stay home with our first child for a year, although when baby #2 came along, I had to make a decision on working full time or moving for help with family and working part time. 

I have a new baby on the way and I'd like to quite my job and be a full time real estate investor by July.
