It has not been well maintained over the last 19 years with a string of just bad renters and the person I had managing it just didn't do good quality repairs or work to it. 

Not all of them were good quality leads but we only need one qualified tenant.This morning I got ready to reply to the 5 leads we had overnight and the message failed to send, only to find that we have been "banned" from FB Marketplace with no reason given.

Their fees are reasonable and they provide quality renovations.

I find that if you go with a quality washable paint, you can get marks off with a magic eraser.

Then purchase a vacation condo/cabin for trips and quality of life.

I didn't realize you could test the gallons and quality, but will add that to the list!

I prefer the user interface of propstream, but historically I've gotten better quality data from batch leads.

As other responses have said the build quality and builder reputation are important. 

I've bought all different styles and qualities depending on the comps though.
