I attribute this low rent due to cheap 2 bed apartments closeby that are renting for mid-700s.

You can include office expenses, advertising, basically any expense you incur in your real estate business that is not directly attributed to a specific property.

When you sell that property you can allocate the prorated amount of the sale attributed to your primary residence.  

I'm speaking of Colorado that's had a big influx of people in the last couple of years I think at least partly attributable to the pot laws there.

What do you attribute your success to in being able to close on the deals you offer on?

Humility and benevolence will be attributes I will need to continue to sharpen to continue in my investing career. 

But their kid had a reaction to something, has an oxygen machine now, and they attribute it to the carpet.

Resourcefulness and adaptability are the two of greatest attributes to have today. 

I would like any advise on key attributes my LLC should contain in order to 1) have the best liability and asset protection 2) take full advantage of the tax strategies involved and 3) protect against veil piercing.I've found some great advise on BP but I am looking for advise specifically pertaining to CT.Thanks in advance!
