I currently work at Audi Seattle selling and leasing the nicest luxury vehicles on the road today :-) My first real estate goal would be to purchase a multi family residence, live in it, rehab it, and use the cash flow to pay down the debt.My long-term real estate goal would be to build a portfolio that would allow me to retire from going to a 9-to-5 job.I came to join bigger pockets to connect with a community of like-minded people and to help contribute to the community where I can.Thanks for reading!

They can come from many areas -  some are or have been successful at flipping property and now have excess cash while others come across excess cash from other areas and know the security of real estate versus other vehicles.

As long as it is a solid surface you would be able to park a vehicle or camper, trailer,  on the slab if you wanted to.That size slab wasn't cheep to put in, ugly it still has value.I'd just plain not think about it and leave it as is until you decide to change it over into a car port, shed, or put a fence around it.
