The specific areas I suggest to invest in is the North East-West areas and if possible, anywhere near the New FUSE district that is home to a 5,000 seat multi-use stadium that's also a part of a 16 acre revitalization plan that is set to get going as soon as the stadium is set to be completed in March.

If we're speaking of rentals in Houston, you'd certainly need to reach back and see what your wind exposure has been like over the past 10-20 years (if you can go back that far with good data) for this specific rental and area of the state.

My understanding is that if you require ALL applicants to go through petscreening, regardless if they own any animals or not, then this becomes a part of your screening process like running a credit check.
