If you've ever watched the movie "Patriots Day", that's the town I grew up in (Watertown, MA).

. ;) I agree with @Raymond B. start reading, watching and listening like crazy, very thankful for sites like BP for it's access to education.  

There are a lot of shows out there in TV land that you should watch cautiously.

Why do I feel like I'm watching "The Jetsons"?

I think the NYC metro area is great for BRRRR, but watch out for the high property taxes - can make positive cash flow difficult in some areas.

Most of that time was spent educating myself by reading books, talking to other investors, and watching youtube videos.

I have an office in the Richardson/Plano area and I have watched the market there for 10 years go up up up, but I have seen property taxes go up up up too. 

In my spare time I sing, dance and I love whale watching. 

I've been watching HGTV at home, I've also watched The big short (a movie about the 2008 house market crash), and also got an few books that I haven't gotten a chance to read yet.
