Hi All,I was hoping to get some perspective on how you have organized your businesses finances primarily when it comes to running a fix & flip business.Generally I'm wondering what account types I should have, and what their purpose should be.

If it's "let's parter on flips forever", that is a recipe for disaster at some point.

I recently purchased a course on real estate investing and have decided to focus on single-family flips and rentals.

I'm assuming at least one of the house flipping firms in the area has the basic template for me to sort of copy. 

There might be flip opportunities, multifamily, house hacking etc...

I don't have experience on a flip like this, but am interested to follow along and learn from your journey.

I've had an investment property and also done a flip.

One is a licensed agent; runs comps, sells stander abc properties, sells personal fix and flips on mls etc.
