Only a small fraction of human communication is the words themselves, you just loose too much with written word sometimes. 

What i used to do to find services like that was to just find those people on google or google maps and give them a try (https://goo.gl/maps/JhUyEFKVXkH2) unless you can get a good recommendation.Typically, i would go over 2 or 3 different ones to see how well they communicate, how reliable are and how much they charge etc.

I then plan on doing all the communication and marketing of wholesale deals under the CashMoneyDough name to protect myself.

I would really prefer to have no further communication with them. 

@Rob Gervais  Getting some 3D Renderings and basic floor plans with details could help communicate your thoughts to the GC which would ultimately save you money and also could help you get through the permit process.  

But, in our communications, she seemed to always assume I meant the worst. 

We lost communication with our contractor for weeks at a time, and given our proximity to the property were terrified of firing him because of the potential damage he and his team would cause, setting us even further behind.

I was a week away from closing on a great place in Decatur city limits near downtown, but I couldn't get the HOA lady to communicate with us before we purchased, which was a bad sign and I walked.
