Is there a central MLS that has all properties?

I'd love to network with anyone in the central Indiana area.My background is I am a real estate investor with two real estate agents/ investors for parents, leading to me being around the business my whole life and learning a great deal from them.

My inclination is toward more units, since with a larger building, we would centralize our holdings and potentially have fewer big ticket repairs (ie one roof to replace instead of 2).Everyone else - I appreciate the discussion of the pros and cons of other financing options.
