Hello Everyone!

My name is Joe, I am a former real estate agent looking to take on the other side of the transaction in investing. I say former just because I burned myself out working a full-time job and trying to do RE full time and one paid more than the other at the time.

So, now I'm looking into the future with investing. The rough part starting out is having the cash up front to get a property, re-hab then flip. Plus, my credit is not so good either. But, willing to try anything to get the first one accomplished.

Currently, I live in a small town in Ohio about 20-25 minutes outside of Columbus. I live with my fiancé and I was blessed to be able to buy my childhood home on a land contract (my parents downsized.)

I joined the forum, because I wanted 2014 to lay down a foundation of happiness, wealth and health. I feel Real Estate is one of those foundations. I came to the realization, instead of refreshing Facebook 20+X a day. I could join a community of like minded people.

I'm glad I can be apart of this!

Thank you all,

- Joe

@Brandon Turner Thank so much for the welcome! I'm happy to be here!

@Mark Ferguson Not only the burn out from working both. But, other things were going on as well. I have been thinking of reactivating my license since I have a PT job that pays my bills and I do miss the thrill of RE.
