If so, I'd try to find a small bank or credit union local to your current home or the one you intend to buy.If that isn't the way you'd like to go, maybe renting or rent-to-own would be a better option for you.

We've found that many smaller banks and no credit unions are allowed to offer this type of financing in the state of Texas.
