If you are focused on real estate and don't have a lot of time to dedicate to other pursuits you might want to limit your exposure.

If each unit does not have a electrical panel dedicated to that unit,  you will be rewiring the units .

I remember hearing a rough stat in real estate school about how 1 in 5 agents don't renew their license the first go around, by year five only 20% of agents are still active.....if you are just looking for "scouts on the field" you may try contacting the real estate schools and tell the instructors to hand your name out....may not be the most experienced agents but with you being their only agent I guarantee they will be dedicated to You only.
