In the end, I was uncomfortable moving forward without have seen the property or toured the neighborhood and surveyed the market first hand.To that end, I am in the process of visiting Chicago among other cities to decide where I may be making my first investment.Thanks again to everyone for your time and insight.

We actually require tenants to make themselves available for routine maintenance in our lease, though if we just did a full reno there is often some shake out and we will assist as necessary in getting those issues resolved for the first few weeks.We like kwickset smartkey control deadbold locks (with passage handles).
