Hope the wedding planning is going smoothly.I'm really not familiar with google adwords, but I do think FB ads have tons of untapped potential because people are scared of the "algorithm" and sort of just throw money at a boosted post and hope for the best. 

It doesn't cash flow but I just about hit even each month, while gaining equity and making improvements along the way... which is way better than throwing money into rent!

You can almost throw a dart and earn 5%.

. $700 month taxes-$120 insurance-$954mortgage - throws off $450 month..
