So the asynchronous nature of tenant requests, coupled with trying to get them handed out to the right handyman, plumber, etc, are driving me insane.Is this something that can be outsourced without going to a full 3rd party property management arrangement?

To understand this gap, I would love to get my hands on a mutually exclusive, completely exhaustive list of activities a realtor does as part of their 3%.

Doesn't a BK from seller - which we can assume is a very reasonable possibility within 3-5 years of the sale create problems that could force the hand of the buyer to refinance?

Curious if there is any first hand/boots on the ground knowledge of the Ogden to SLC to Provo market is like today.

In the near future id like to move out and purchase another similar property but I'm trying to maximize my income and property performance before hand to give myself the best chance at qualifying for a fha loan 3.5% down.

My experience is the best way I retain real estate knowledge is by using it first hand.
