Redfin.com is the next best thing to having MLS access...also HomeSnap.com, they're both connected to ARMLS and they both have private notes features where you can track and make notes on each property you're watching (although Redfin is eliminating that feature, write them and ask them not too!!)!

I've watch plenty of videos and wholesaling seems like the best fit for me but the idea of having rental property one day also excites me.

I recommend going PRO and watching the webinars, they are very useful. 

Things like mistakes to watch out for, things that I can do beforehand to speed up the process, taxes, fees, is it complicated, etc.?
